In addition, it is the only other gemstone apart from diamonds to form below the earth's crust rising to the surface when a surge of magma picks it up. Its oval cut measuring 10mm x 8mm brings out its unique tones and natural variations. Set in 18 carat gold with an open back to reflect and refract the light. The stone is approximately 2.40 carats in weight.
