  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all authenticity certificates and tags are included.

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers have verified the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
